Jen told me the delivery was seamless, even in the pouring rain. When I went to pick up my dog, I got to see the flowers myself and noticed the handwritten note with my message. I order flowers often, and one of my biggest frustrations has been that many companies type out the note instead of handwriting it. The handwritten card here felt so much more personal and thoughtful, and I really appreciated that touch.
